How do I determine the right size for my OluKai footwear?

OluKai footwear fits true to size for most customers. We recommend ordering your standard US shoe size. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for sandals and sizing down for our leather boots and shoes, as the leather will naturally stretch and conform to your foot over time.

What is the OluKai warranty policy?

We stand behind our quality. OluKai offers a one-year guarantee against manufacturer’s defects. This covers issues like straps pulling out or footbeds peeling, provided the footwear was purchased from an authorized dealer. Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered.

How should I clean and care for my leather sandals?

To maintain the quality of our premium leathers, we recommend using a specialized leather cleaner and conditioner. For our water-friendly synthetic styles, you can hand wash them with mild soap and cold water, then allow them to air dry away from direct sunlight.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $125 within the continental United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Can I return or exchange my order if it doesn't fit?

Yes, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging. Simply visit our online returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
